You wouldn't hire a landscaper who wouldn't tell you what's in the fertilizer going down next to your kids' swing set, and you shouldn't have to hire an exterior cleaner who won't tell you what's hitting your siding, your roof, and the flower beds underneath.

 

So here's the real answer, not a slogan.

 

We carry three different eco-friendly cleaning chemicals, we use no chlorine bleach as our standard, and each one exists to do a specific job the other two don't do as well.

 

Not because "eco-friendly" is one magic spray bottle that handles everything, it isn't, but because doing this properly means matching the right tool to the actual condition of your home, not spraying the same thing on every surface and hoping it's enough.

The everyday cleaner

​

For most homes, most of the time, we use a peroxide-based cleaner certified under EPA Safer Choice, a federal program that vets every ingredient against strict human and environmental health standards. It works the same way we've explained before: it oxidizes algae, mildew, and grime, lifts it off the surface, and breaks down into water afterward. It's fast to apply, effective on routine buildup, and it's the cleaner that handles the large majority of every job we do.

The deep-clean powder

​

Some jobs need more than a routine wash. Heavier growth, longer-neglected siding, roofs with real staining, that's where a concentrated oxygen-based powder comes in. It's a percarbonate cleaner, meaning it releases the same hydrogen peroxide chemistry as our everyday product, just in a far more concentrated form. We mix it fresh on site in warm water, let it dissolve, and apply it where the buildup calls for real strength instead of a light touch. Same underlying mechanism as the everyday cleaner, more concentrated punch for the surfaces that need it.

 

The heavy-restoration concentrate

For the toughest cases, years of neglect, staining that's set into the surface, we carry a specialized, highly concentrated peroxide product manufactured in Canada, under environmental manufacturing standards and enforcement that are stricter than what's required here in the US. It's still new to the American market, currently supplied by only one distributor, based in the Pacific Northwest. We keep it on hand specifically for the jobs where nothing else gets a full result, and it lets us solve a problem some companies would tell you needs bleach, without ever reaching for bleach.

 

Why three, not one

Every one of these works by the same honest principle: oxidation, not chlorine. Nothing here kills indiscriminately the way bleach does, and nothing here leaves behind a residue that lingers in your soil or your gutters. What changes between the three is strength and dwell time, matched to what your home actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all spray-and-go.
